Mihsap, an automated accountacy software

Mihsap is an automated accounting program that makes the life of the accountant and SME easier.

Carrying out the day-to-day accounting procedures performed by financial advisors through a program equipped with the mentioned technologies will not only reduce the error rate to almost zero, but will also save financial advisers’ time. Financial advisers can use this time to add more value.

The program consists of:

- Mobile application (by taking and / or uploading photos from the existing gallery)

- Web Application (drag and drop method)

- Scanner (by scanning invoices and sending them to an e-mail address)

When uploaded to the web application via the OCR Engine algorithm, invoices and / or receipts of any format (pdf, jpeg, xml) are converted into text-based accounting data.

After this process, all the financial advisor has to do is confirm the records in accordance with the chart of accounts in the taxpayer's accounting program.
